- We are fulfilling your orders as quickly and as safely as we can from our fulfilment centre in the UK. You may experience some delays in receiving your order. We ask that you remain patient, but if your order hasn't arrived in 10 days please do reach out to us with your order number.
- We have extended our returns window to 21 days to allow you more time to safely return your items if need be.
- Returns and refunds processing is also delayed. Please allow additional time for the processing to occur safely.
We ship everywhere in Europe for a flat rate of £5.00 for standard shipping through the Royal Mail.

Returns & Exchanges
We happily accept returns/exchanges on all items, except those purchased on final sale, within 14 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are offered for the same style in a different print, or equal value.
You must register your return/exchange on ViewPort within 14 days of receiving your order (as per tracking delivery date).
All returns/exchanges must include the packing slip sent with your order, and should be re-packed in the poly-bag. Items returned must be unworn and have all tags attached. Items that show visible wear will be rejected and returned to sender.
Returns will be refunded to the original form of payment. A one time $10 return fee will be deducted from the refund of styles purchased with a discount code of 20% or more.
Styles purchased on final sale items cannot be returned/exchanged.
Sales and promotions will not be applied retroactively to any order.
Return and exchange shipping charges are at the customer’s expense, unless the incorrect item was shipped or the item is damaged. We strongly encourage using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. SZ Blockprints is not responsible for returned merchandise that doesn’t reach our warehouses.

Damaged/Wrong Items Received
You might find some small but unexpected marks on the fabric. These are tiny dry droplets and are a normal echo of the printing process, signifying the handmade nature of our products, each of which is entirely unique.
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and photos showing the issue.
We will not accept returns on items that customers have damaged with perfume, deodorants, or non-natural washing detergents. Our styles are delicate due to their handmade nature and we provide specific instructions for how to care for them.
